Daing/Dinaing is a comfort food by many Filipinos. The fish is split open, salted and sun-dried to be preserved as Daing/Dinaing. Cooked with lemongrass/tanglad gives our fish a unique citrus flavor.
Suggested Use: Heat bottle contents in a sauce pan. Remove fish fillets form heat. Use the same pan and caramelize onion rings. Serve.
Or, simply top on pipping-hot cooked steamed rice with sunny-side up eggs on the side. Serve and Enjoy.
